Set in the heart of templestowe,  the client was keen for us to design a contemporary single house with a focus of keeping to their construction budget.

Using a mixture of white and charcoal grey Alucobond cladding with feature timber battens over the garage for the external façade, which is both visually appealing without being too expensive.  Natural oak herringbone floor boards, with timber feature ceiling panels, creates an elegant yet warm cosy atmosphere.
