This projects consist of 6 double storey townhouses with a light and dark colour scheme for its interior.

For the light colour scheme, using a natural white joinery panels, and dark concrete stone for the bench top in the kitchen. In the place of the splashback is a large window panel, creating a bright light filled kitchen.

Whereas in the dark colour scheme, charcoal grey joinery panels and a white stone with a reinterpretation of the natural characteristics of the marble giving it a modern twist to the traditional looking townhouses.

In the living room, large stunning marbled look feature wall  clads the fireplace in the living room giving the space a luxurious finish. The feature tiles in the bathroom create visual interest amongst the grey wall and floor tiles.  For this project, the client has been keen to provide a higher end finish in spaces that creates value  for the owners.
