Located next to Heatherdale Station, three lots of land are consolidated and redeveloped with twelve triple storey townhouses. These townhouses, which are also in close proximity to local shops and commercial areas, takes a more monolithic box-like form with straight lines and flat roof. Taking advantage of the slope condition of the site, the townhouses are then stepped up and down following the natural contour. Recessed balcony, warm timber tone and linear cladding elements are added to the mix in forming these contemporary homes.
